1st Crazy Day and one more giveaway

So today was finally the first day for the crazies, I was really itching to start it, so after midnight I picked up my day 1 project, I'm really pleased with the end of the day results, 540 stitches done and, I've already completed one of the colours, I'm really enjoying stitching this, is the first time I stitch on 22ct hardanger fabric and I'm loving it, and I love being just bits of colours and seeing it grow so quickly, and of course here is the piccie to share:

Now onto my 2nd topic, Sarah at CraftyMoo, is givingaway some extras she had on her stash that she doesn't plan to stitch more (or she already stitched) and so she wanted the patterns to be loved by someone else ;) if you want just go over there to visit her :D.

What I've been stitching...

Hi everyone, hope your Christmas time was great :D, with some stitching time and lots of stash goodies as gifts.
I found out why my stitching mojo, had vanished, so I took care of the problem (I got tired of trying to stitch Christmas motifs, knowing there was no way I would have them finished before Christmas) so I decided to change the theme and grab one of my WIPs, and the lucky one was SK Treasures (I needed something with few colours but still enjoyable to stitch) and this is what I've done so far, 2,5 more rows completed :D

I've been also finishing the last details for my final list for the Crazy January Challenge, and for the WIPocalypse, and I've been thinking of a rotation for next year.. so stay tuned for the news tomorrow ;)

Also besides the amazing giveaways being around the blogland, thanks to Evalina and the 12 days of Christmas giveaway,  there are 2 more not related and therefore I thought it would be nice to share:

Haunted Mansion Giveaway for SAL

IHSW results and more goodies post for me...

Don't you just love when you return home and you have post that aren't bills or advertisement flyers?? I do... and today I had not one but TWO big envelopes waiting for me so I knew it couldn't be any of the above, I grabbed them on the spot and just had time to put my wallet on the floor before opening them (I was still with my coat and all that, but I was too curious to wait that 2 secs more that it takes to put the coat on its place xD) and what was waiting for me?
This was:

and my monthly subscription of Cross Stitcher :)

I must say the threads are even more gorgeous than in the picture (I might think it's not possible but it's true) and the PM booklet will be used for this Christmas for sure (at least I hope so) it as such a cute small designs, they will be perfect for some more ornaments for my tree. And I could go on and on about every single item of the giveaway :D.... Thank you so much I really love it :D

Now my IHSW progress, not as much stitching as I was hoping for, but I did stitch, so I can't complain I've put another 800 stitches on my MP (pictures will be shown on Joysze blog, I think) and I now have a total of 23127 stitches done so roughly more 4600 stitches to complete it :)

Halfway point of IHSW and a Giveaway

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is enjoying IHSW and stitching tons, yesterday I didn't have much time to stitch because I still had to finish some stuff for work so I plan to have my revenge today and literally do nothing else but stitch, all housework will be postponed for tomorrow xD.

Now onto the giveaway, Kathy at A Stitcher's Heirlooms is having a gorgeous giveaway so if you want to try your luck and have a new blog to stalk you should go over and read, it's really a pleasure to read her blog and I bet you'll love to see her progress on her projects :)

Well jumping to my project now and no more pc until tomorrow :)

What I've been up to this two weeks... and a giveaway

So blogger didn't want to let me post anything new and therefore I couldn't share with you my updates and news...
So in terms of stitching I'm still only stitching on my MP, that now has 11441 stitches of 27750...
In terms of stash... a few time ago I won two giveaways one was the Julie's giveaway (were I got to pick two HAED charts - QS Aries by Sara Butcher and Woodland Guardian by Anne Strokes) and the other was Kaye's giveaway and I got this:

Update on MP and Giveaways

So 12 days have passed since I started the MP and I've already stitched 7475 stitches so I'm on the good way to have it finished with plenty of time left (or so I hope).

I finished my Tree of Stitches on Thursday, a lovely design made by Abi Gurden for a SAL she held at the Yahoo Group she owns TheStitchSpecialists (if you love speciality stitches or want to learn how to stitch them, this is the group ;) ).

I really enjoyed doing it and Abi's instructions were great to follow, it made all the stitches look so easy to stitch... and this is my Tree finished (I still have to wash it and iron it, but couldn't wait more to share it with you)

It's really been that long

Wow... Only now I realized for how long I haven't posted here.... but in my defence I have a good excuse, my computer and blogger weren't getting along and my net kept rashing wenever I tried to post something and then I had a week holidays, booked on really short notice by boss demands, and I spent it painting the house, so for one week there was no internet for me :(... How I missed it...
But anyway, enough with the omplaints and excuses and lets go to the interesting part. And get ready for a long post because today I have tons of things to share.
So first of all, July goals, were all completed, yay for me ^^ I finished Jasmin :)
Here is the piccie before I washed it.

I caught up with the TOS, and great news were waiting for me when I got back and read my e-mails, part 15 has been released (the last part) which I'll be stitching tonight for sure, and Abi revealed the next SAL... and boy ohhh you can count me in the Owl is just sooooo cute :). (You can see a pic of it a few posts down)

And last goal was to complete the 1st page of SK Treasures which I also did, so now I'm waiting for the next page to be released to keep stithching her :)...

So jumping to August goals here they are:
1 - Finish the TOS (it's as it's done already :D)
2 - Stitch half of the 2nd page of SK Treasures on the week of the SAL
3 - Finish the 2nd page of QS Believe (it's what I've been stitching these past few days, although I hardly stitched a thing :X)
4 - Finish at least 2 of the 3 missing corners of my mum's table cloth....

Extra goal if i still have time - start Orchid from Cross Stitcher

Ok, so cheking my checklist of what I wanted to share on this huge post the only thing missing are the giveaways... I must say Lucky me ^^

I won Julie and Yes Dear giveaway and I'll be able to get some goddies from HAED, thank you so much for your kindness Julie :) I'll let you all know which charts I picked when I have decided, for now I'm sure I'll get Aries QS and Sagitarius QS by Sara Butcher (my partner's and my zodiac signs respectivelly) but I'm still thinking which ones I'll pick.
